IP Villas is a Dubrovnik-based, family-run brand operated by Lord Ragusa Ltd., specialising in handpicked holiday homes and personalised guest services. Since 2016, we’ve been helping travellers enjoy unforgettable holidays with trusted local expertise.

Once you’ve found a home you love, contact our team to check availability. We’ll confirm the details, answer any questions, and guide you through the booking process.

A 30% deposit secures your booking. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. This is also the perfect time to arrange any additional services or experiences for your stay.

You’ll be personally welcomed on arrival, and your local host will be available throughout your stay to assist with anything you may need.

Absolutely. We’ll be happy to arrange additional services and experiences before your arrival. We recommend booking at least 5 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
